Hi everyone! I am so excited to be teaching at English Landing this year. I attended Park Hill and graduated from South in 2000. After graduation, I attended Maple Woods for two years because I completed the A+ program. I ended up transferring to MU where I got my Bachelor's in Psychology and my Teaching Certificate.
I began teaching third grade in Blue Springs in 2007. After my first year of teaching, I was accepted into an online graduate program through Mizzou called Mental Health Practices in Schools. This program really fused my two passions: psychology and teaching. I received my Master's in Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology in 2010.
I loved working in Blue Springs, but knew eventually I'd like to end up in Park Hill where I live with my husband, Jimmy, and our one year old daughter, Rylee.
